Our version of a Penicillin, this cocktail kit is all the things you're looking for in a winter cocktail - this spirit-forward shaken drink draws spice from the ginger, scotch and smoky bitters which is balanced by our house-made blackberry honey syrup.
Regular size makes 6-7 cocktails

- A Word to the Wise Mix (fresh lemon juice, ginger, honey syrup, Smoke + Oak Bitters) - THIS MUST BE REFRIGERATED!
- Garnish (Candied Ginger)
- An atomizer (spritz bottle for your favourite peated scotch)
