I love the item, the experience however was less than perfect. It was supposed to arrive for the company Christmas party and Purolator did not deliver it for another 2 days *after* the party. Not just I, but half of our team spent countless hours on the phone with Purolator trying to track their packages. The worst part (if true) was that according to Purolator, on the Wednesday when they accepted the package for delivery, their Burnaby depot was 15k packages behind and they kept accepting shipments. They claim that they notified the shipper about delays but the shipper still decided to go with Purolator rather than picking another carrier or notifying us about possible delays and giving us the option of doing something else for the party. The team could have even picked up their packages for a fraction of the time they spent on the phone with Purolator. So there it is - my honest opinion - great product, but you definitely missed the mark on delivering the experience in time for our company's Christmas party. I will probably order your products again outside of the busy season, but won't be recommending you to anyone for any company events.
