Join us for this special virtual event on Friday, April 30th at 7:00 pm PST. One of our expert Bar Educators will be leading you and your plus one (and/or bubble mate) through an hour long cocktail class featuring the brand new Romeo's Gin (from Montreal).
In addition to our Bar Educator, we will also have Lea Messier, Romeo's Gin Brand Ambassador co-hosting this event! She will lead you through a gin tasting and talk about all of the non-conventional botanicals found in Romeo's Gin.
During this class you will learn how to make two signature cocktails:
1. The Romeo's Gin + Tonic
2. Stikki Peaches Sour
In addition you will receive a custom "The Inspiration" cocktail mix so you can make a few extra cocktails after the class. This kit will provide enough ingredients, mixers and garnishes for 12-13 cocktails total.
Your Kit purchase includes admission to the Zoom event, tasting samples, and all the cocktail ingredients and mixers. Cocktail Kits will be delivered on Thursday, April 29th between 11am — 5pm; for Pickups you have a the choice of grabbing your kits from our location on April 28-30.

- One bottle (240ml) Basil & Black Pepper Syrup

- 500ml Cocktail Mix "The Inspiration" (cucumber juice, lavender & almond syrup, lemon juice)
- 30ml Ms Better's Bitters Vegan Foamer
- Edible Garnishes (lavender, lemon wheels, edible art and more!)

I’m have never really been a fan of gin but really enjoyed these drinks. The story about the inspiration drink was great and the drink was very tasty! The zoom was entertaining and educational and we enjoyed learning about romeos gin.

I purchased this to create a special evening with my bubble, and get as close as possible to the feeling of going out for a cocktail. We had a good time. We were 3 and had plenty to drink. Using a 1L mason jar as a shaker allowed to mix all 3 cocktails at once. Cocktails were beautiful and tasty, but a bit sweet - you need to like sweet.
It was a good time overall, I would do this again!

I purchased The Art of Gin class for my husband’s birthday and it was a total win! The packaging was great and literally included everything we needed plus more! Cool garnishes, interesting drinks and the Romeo’s gin was a unique find! We loved learning about this local product from the rep and Chris was informative and fun, leading us through each drink and answering all the questions. We had so much fun that we stayed on long after the class with several others and just chatted and enjoyed the remaining drinks! We will definitely do another!
